Oh, ah, I meant nothing by that, only that I've been around for a little while now and just... haven't ever commented. (On that note, I actually started reading your work before I had any idea about GGverse or got my hands on a copy of any of the games. No less enjoyable for it, although the ensuing terminology research was that special sort of Fun-In-Its-Own-Way.) Goodness knows that even if I were to want to complain about any perceived failure in updating regularly/in a timely manner/etc, etc, I wouldn't have much ground to stand on, so. |D; The fact that you continue to write is well enough, and Real Life rearing its head is completely understandable.
Besides, it's fun to follow a WIP just because of the sense of anticipation one gets.
Oh yes, I like throwing in these little reminders (to myself, too, because man if Ky isn't so crazily mature that the only bit where his age shows is in his snarkfests with Sol).
Indeed, and despite the fact that I really should know this by now, they still like to smack me in the face with, "Right, he's sixteen." (What, you mean he isn't actually an incarnation of the Holy Ghost, descended to save humanity from the Gears, kittens from trees, old ladies from street crossings, and what have you?)
