1) realizing that The Commander has been or is in the process of getting shot, stabbed, or throwing himself in the path of a death laser

2) realizing that The Commander is gone and however do you manage to do in a day even half the stuff he usually does before breakfast and placate seven foreign heads of state and rescue a whole orphanage of, well, orphans, and will somebody in God's name please set the Vatican on fire already?
